Ally Tuozzoli

I was in your shoes before. I struggled with poor body image and disordered eating in many forms such as tracking my macros and calories, health obsession, over-exercising, restriction, bingeing, and the list goes on. I used to feel like I wasn’t enough as I was, so I used food and exercise to try to get myself one step closer to *perfectionnn* and I lived for compliments from others. When I overcame this on my own and finally experienced all that life has to offer when you’re not obsessing over food and your body, I immediately knew I needed to help other women get to this place. So I received my Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition along with my Body Image Certification and have helped a number of clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies since. I would be honored to help you do the same.

Through our work together, you will reduce food guilt, discover the food and exercise routine that works best for YOUR body, learn how to accept and embrace your body, rediscover WHO you are without food and body obsession, learn how to balance your blood sugar so that you can stay energized all dang day, and understand WHY you struggle with food and your body in the first place so that you can heal forever. How long is the program?

I offer both a 3-month and a 6-month option! Most of my clients choose the 6-month, but I love that the 3-month can be more accessible when it comes to time/investment if that is a concern!

Do you recommend the 3 or 6-month option?

I typically recommend the 6-month option. The program is 6 months long with bi-weekly Zoom calls and communication as needed in between. That’s because healing your relationship with food and your body takes time, it’s not something that happens overnight. This timeline has proven to be successful for my clients because the 2 weeks in between calls will give you enough time to really implement what we work on during our sessions, on your own. 6 months also guarantees that we work together through job changes, life changes, different events, vacations, etc. So by the end of our 6 months together, you will have what you need to continue to live a life of food and body freedom.

What is included?

Is this for someone with an eating disorder?

This program is NOT for someone who feels as though they may have an active eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia. How do I know this will actually work?

I healed my own relationship with food and my body through the methods that we will use together in this program. I have also helped a number of clients successfully achieve food and body freedom through this exact same framework. I know that you will be successful in this program so long as you are ready to put in the time and effort along with my individualized support. It can be extremely hard to do this on your own, but that’s why I created this program so that you don’t have to! Plus, every single aspect of this program is 10000% individualized to YOU. How much time do I need to set aside for this program? I’m already so busy.

I FEEL YOU. I am always that person with 100000 things on my to-do list, so it is super important to me that this program is very easy to fit into your day-to-day life. We meet bi-weekly for an hour each month, I have you fill out a check-in form bi-weekly that takes 5 mins, and I always make the action items in between sessions super realistic and attainable for you. All in all, you can 100% realistically make time for this and make it work if it’s important to you. PLUS - the entire point of the program is to help you get BACK time and headspace. So putting in the work now means you will have SO much more time, energy, and brain space back down the line.

How much does the program cost?

I actually really like to talk with everyone before getting into the nitty-gritty details to make sure it’s the right fit for us both. That way we can go over on a call in detail all the different offers and payment options I have. How old do I have to be?

This program is for individuals at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, I highly suggest looking for a practitioner who works with those in that age range.
